**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients or customers.
- Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries or issues.
- Provide information about products/services and handle any questions from customers.
- Follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work towards meeting monthly targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional products or services when applicable.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into actual sales.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good listening skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with patience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using CRM software.
- Professional phone etiquette and positive attitude.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
