**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions related to weddings and events.
- Process all incoming and outgoing payments in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients for wedding services.
- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Track deposits and payments made by clients.
- Manage vendor payments, ensuring timely settlement of invoices.
- Maintain a record of all vendor contracts and payment schedules.
- Ensure compliance with payment terms and conditions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets for upcoming events and weddings.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve business operations.
- Assist with general administrative duties related to finance, including filing and record organization.
- Respond to queries related to invoices, payments, and financial statements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar financial role.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Has basic knowledge of GST, compliance, Taxation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary: Rs. 22,000 to Rs. 27,000 per month.**

FEMALE CANDIDATES PREFERRED.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
