**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven **Admissions Advisor** to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for potential students and play a crucial role in guiding them through the admissions and enrollment process. Your goal will be to match students with the right program based on their needs and help them begin their learning journey with Ease to Learn.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students on available programs, course details, and career outcomes
- Guide students through the admission process from inquiry to enrollment
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline
- Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets and performance goals
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and status updates in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to optimize student experience

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
- 0-1 years of experience in admissions, sales, counseling, or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle objections and close enrollments
- Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM or student management systems is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
