**JOB ROLES**:
- You should have a pleasant personality, as this is a customer service role.
- You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.
- Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Keeping confidential records.
- Listening to clients' concerns, and helping them to see things more clearly or in a different way.
- Empathy & Understanding.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Patience and calm mannered
- Should have concrete marketting/convencing skills.
