Missions:

- Superviser et coordonner les activités de production sur la ligne, en veillant à la qualité et à l’efficacité des opérations de production.
- Assurer le respect des procédures de sécurité et des normes de qualité dans la ligne de production.
- Analyser les performances de la ligne de production, identifier les points d’amélioration et mettre en place des actions correctives et préventives pour optimiser la productivité.
- Garantir le déroulement correct de 5S et de discipline dans les places de travail.
- Faire intégrer et participer activement son personnel à la réalisation des objectifs.
- Veiller à la qualification et la formation du personnel sous sa responsabilité
- Assurer la polyvalence verticale et horizontale de son équipe afin d'assurer la flexibilité en cas de changement ou d'absences.
- Assurer le remplissage correct des fiches de production comme: le suivi horaire de production, le rapport journalier de production, les listes de présences. Etc
- Encourager le travail en équipe et maintenir un environnement de travail saint et encourageant a l'innovation et l'amélioration continue.

Profil:

- Maitrise du Pack Microsoft Office.
- Connaissance les outils de résolution de problème en groupe
- Leadership
