**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized **Tour Operator** to join our team. As a Tour Operator, you will be responsible for designing, organizing, and managing tours for groups and individuals, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable travel experience. You will collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to create tailored itineraries, negotiate contracts, and deliver high-quality tours from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tour Planning & Design**: Create and organize comprehensive itineraries for various destinations based on client needs and preferences. Ensure all logistics (transportation, accommodations, and activities) are carefully planned and executed.
- **Vendor Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, tour guides, local suppliers, and other service providers. Negotiate pricing, services, and terms to ensure competitive packages.
- **Sales & Marketing**: Promote tour packages through online platforms, travel agencies, and direct sales. Participate in marketing campaigns to attract new clients and build brand recognition.
- **Customer Interaction**: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after tours. Assist clients with booking and special requests, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
- **Logistics & Coordination**: Oversee all logistics, including transportation arrangements, tour activities, and accommodation bookings. Address any issues or last-minute changes to ensure smooth operations.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor and manage tour budgets to ensure profitability while maintaining high-quality experiences for clients.
- **Tour Leadership (when necessary)**: On occasion, lead tours or coordinate with tour guides to ensure smooth execution of planned itineraries.
- **Feedback & Improvement**: Collect customer feedback post-trip and use it to refine and improve future tour offerings.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Tour Operator or in a similar role in the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, culture, attractions, and services.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage vendor relationships.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering a memorable experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience leading groups or guiding tours.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and sales techniques in the travel industry.
- Ability to design custom travel packages based on clients' specific needs.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Tour Operator, Travel Consultant, or similar role in the travel and tourism industry.
