Responsible for supporting the operations by assisting in the sales & promotion of tour packages.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing client concerns, and assisting with Holiday packages.
- Help clients to choose best tour package options that fit within their budgets and provide cost estimates.
- Assisting clients with visa processing, flight ticketing, and pre-trip formalities.
- Create bookings/reservations for customers, Prepare itineraries, tour costing, hotel booking, and customization of international/outbound tour packages
- Prepare necessary documents related to Tour package and ensure clients receive them in a timely manner.
- Address any issues or emergencies that may arise during a client accommodations and package.
- Gather feedback from clients post-trip to improve services and packages.
- Post-sales file operations, Invoicing.
- Minimum Qualification is 12th pass.
- Excellent Sales and negotiation skills.
- Freshers are also welcome.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills and software like MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
