**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales of domestic tour packages.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- **Tour Operations Management**:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of domestic tours, including itinerary planning, accommodation, transportation, and activities.
- Ensure the timely and efficient execution of tour operations, addressing any issues or changes promptly.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations and services.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the tour.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships with clients.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and customer interactions.
- Prepare and manage tour-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and travel vouchers.
- Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to promote domestic tours through various channels.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and shared success.
