**Role Overview**:
As an Operations Executive at Arena Relocations, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods during relocation processes. Your role will encompass planning, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:Dispatch & Delivery Management**:

- Plan and execute daily dispatches based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely pick-ups and deliveries.
- Track and follow up on dispatched shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.

**Documentation & Compliance**:

- Create and maintain packing slips, invoices, and E-way bills using ERP software.
- Ensure all delivery documents are properly signed and stamped.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.

**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare daily dispatch reports and track transporter turnaround times.
- Monitor and update costs related to dispatched shipments.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

**Team Coordination & Vendor Management**:

- Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for cost optimization.
- Provide training and guidance to new employees as needed.

**Operational Support:

- **
- Assist in managing daily deliveries and prepare other documents related to transportation.
- Maintain the warehouse and ensure proper storage of goods.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform on-ground operational duties, including pickups and deliveries, as required.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum of 6 Months year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or dispatch operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Ability to drive a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
