Job description

We are looking for an Executive to manage our world-class company dormitory/Hostel/Hotel facilities, ensuring a comfortable and well-organized living experience for both Indian and expat employees.

Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day dormitory operations including facility upkeep, housekeeping, safety, and utilities.
  • Ensure smooth check-in/check-out and allocation of rooms for Indian and expat employees.
  • Manage expat canteen operations, food quality, hygiene, and dietary preferences.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on dormitory occupancy, issues, and actions taken.
  • Coordinate with vendors, supervisors, and internal teams for seamless facility management.
  • Plan and execute regular inspections and audits of dormitory premises.
  • Address grievances of Indian and expatriate residents and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of housekeeping schedules, maintenance activities, and complaints.
  • Coordinate with the security team for safety and emergency preparedness.
  • Manage access control and keys for all dormitory areas.
  • Support planning and execution of any facility upgrades or refurbishments.
  • Work closely with HR and Admin teams during mass onboarding or shifting of employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company policy and government regulations related to employee housing

Preferred candidate profile

Required Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of dormitory services such as housekeeping, security, and facility management.
  • Experience in managing both Indian and expatriate employee accommodations.
  • Familiarity with expat canteen operations, hygiene standards, and food safety compliance.
  • Good command of data management, reporting, and MS Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Ability to create and implement process flow charts and SOPs.
