3. Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
4. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
5. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance tasks.
6. Manage payroll processing, including tax deductions and disbursement.
Administrative Responsibilities:
1. Oversee office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
2. Maintain and manage office supplies and inventory.
3. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for operational needs.
4. Handle employee records, leave management, and administrative support for HR.
5. Organize meetings, maintain schedules, and prepare minutes of meetings.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
7. Address and resolve any administrative issues or challenges.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in accounts and administrative roles.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally prime) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
6. Knowledge of tax laws, payroll regulations, and general business compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. B.Com graduate in Finance or a related discipline.
2. Experience handling GST compliance and statutory filings.
3. Familiarity with modern office management tools and software.
