Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Management
- Manage front-office operations, including reception, scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
- Maintain administrative records such as staff attendance, rosters, and leave management.
- Supervise office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Support hospital leadership in preparing reports, presentations, and communication materials.
Hospital Operations Support
- Assist in coordinating daily hospital workflows between clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Support patient admission, discharge, and billing processes in coordination with medical and accounts teams.
- Monitor and manage medical and non-medical inventory in collaboration with the procurement team.
Staff & Patient Coordination
- Act as a point of contact between hospital departments, doctors, nursing staff, and patients.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and ensure resolution in a professional manner.
- Coordinate staff training programs, workshops, and performance review support.
Compliance & Quality Management
- Maintain patient records and ensure data confidentiality under applicable healthcare laws.
- Support audits, quality checks, and hospital accreditation preparations.
- Ensure fire safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures are followed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field. A master’s degree in Hospital/Healthcare Management is preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in office administration, hospital administration, or healthcare operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, hospital workflows, and patient management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software.
