**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Customer Support Executive** to manage learner queries, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for our students and parents across platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about classes, schedules, and platform usage.
- Coordinate with internal teams (tech, teaching, sales) to resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage student onboarding, reminders, and feedback collection.
- Maintain proper logs of communications and follow-ups in CRM tools.
- Handle basic troubleshooting related to classes or platform access.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department as needed.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience (EdTech/Ed services preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal)
- Empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with basic CRM tools, Google Sheets, and communication platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, student-first environment
- Willingness to work on weekends (with weekly offs during weekdays)
