**Location**:Bangalore

**Primary Skills**:Oracle Fusion HCM with Compensation & Benefit Module, Oracle HCM Cloud, Core HR, Oracle Compensation, Benefits and Oracle Learning Cloud

**Secondary Skills**:Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications, BIP Publisher, HCM Extracts, OTBI, Fellfields, Configurations, Fast Formulas.

**Desired Skills & Responsibilities**

Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience

General

1. Minimum 3+ year of Techno - Functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud

2. Knowledge in Hire to Retire business process. Exposure to following modules (atleast 2) - Global HR / WFA / Talent / Benefits / T&L / Absence / Payroll

3. Should have completed atleast 1 implementation in Fusion HCM Compensation module.

4. Experience of working through Agile methodology

5. Excellent Communication skills and presentation skills

6. Good Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setup of Global MNCs

7. Willingness to learn new products and processes

Functional Competencies

1. Functional Expertise on HCM Fusion Comp module - includes Configuration, Setups & fast formulas

2. Functional knowledge on other HCM modules is highly preferred

3. Experience in Personalization (sandbox) and Functional Setup Manager usage

4. Consulting skills to perform Fit/gap analysis, Business analysis, SDLC concepts such as Agile, Waterfall, Support Management.

Technical Competencies

1. Good knowledge and working experience in writing Fast Formulas

2. Good knowledge of HCM table structures and data flow

3. Working experience in designing UDTs, Lookups & Worksheet dynamic columns
