**Job Overview**:
We seek a skilled engineer to develop and optimize social media advertisements and business promotion strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role merges engineering with creative marketing, utilizing various technologies and platforms to create effective campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Development & Execution**:Design, develop, and manage automated social media ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to promote products and services.

**Optimization & Analytics**:Analyze campaign performance data (engagement rates, impressions, click-through rates, conversions) to optimize social media advertisements continuously.

**Content Creation**: Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging advertisements, including text, visuals, and video content tailored for each platform.

**Platform Integration**: Use APIs and engineering tools to integrate social media platforms with marketing systems for real-time tracking and ad optimization.

**Audience Targeting**: Develop advanced targeting strategies through data analytics, segmentation, and A/B testing to maximize audience reach and engagement.

**SEO & SEM Strategy**: Implement SEO and SEM practices to enhance visibility on social media and search engines for improved organic and paid performance.

**Automation**: Create automated workflows for ad scheduling, budget management, and reporting.

**Collaborate with Stakeholders**:Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to align advertising strategies with business goals.

**Stay Updated**: Research new advertising technologies, trends, and tools to maintain a competitive edge.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Bachelor’s degree in engineering (IT/E&C/CS&E)**, **Marketing, Computer Science/BCA, or related field**(or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in social media advertisement management, business promotion, or digital marketing.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their advertising tools.

Experience with data analytics and the ability to interpret campaign performance data for decision-making.

Familiarity with API integration and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot).

**Solid understanding of SEO and SEM strategies.**

Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to marketing strategy development.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with programming languages like Python or JavaScript for automation and custom campaign strategies is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Skills**:
Experience with advanced data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau).

Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva) for creating custom ad creatives.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
