**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing goals.
- Monitor social media metrics and performance to optimize campaigns and drive audience engagement.
- **Content Creation and Branding**:

- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce marketing materials, blog posts, graphics, and videos that align with the brand’s voice.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media activities.
- Use insights to refine strategies and achieve measurable improvements in ROI.
- **Team Collaboration and Management**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and strategies for campaigns.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Skills in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **META / GOOGLE Certified (Preferred )**:

- Experience in the IT or software development industry.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Knowledge of emerging social media trends and platform algorithms.
- Have knowledge of Front-End Development
