**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven **Social Media Manager** to join our dynamic team As the voice of our brand online, you will craft and execute innovative social media strategies that captivate audiences, drive engagement, and contribute to our business growth.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**:

- Create and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Plan and manage a detailed content calendar for consistent posting.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Develop engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos, tailored to each platform.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and other teams to ensure visually appealing assets.
- Manage and maintain a strong presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to build and maintain relationships with followers.
- Foster an active and loyal online community through interactive campaigns, contests, and polls.
- **Performance Analytics**:

- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance.
- Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
- **Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and platform changes.
- Incorporate trending topics and best practices to enhance visibility and engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Proficiency in content creation, with a creative eye for design and storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage audiences effectively.
- Familiarity with paid advertising and campaign management is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
