**Experience Required**:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in social media management or a related field.

**Job Type**:
This is an on-site position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies that align with brand goals.
- Curate, create, and manage original content (images, videos, written) for various social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote Kala Shree Heritage’s collections and events.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build an active online community.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Photography / Video - Reels Shoot/ Editing
- Graphic Designing
- Knowledge of current social media trends and algorithms.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g. facebook business suite.).
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
