**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage and curate social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create engaging and shareable social media content that drives engagement, increases followers, and generates leads.
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop social media content that aligns with the overall content strategy.
- Build and manage social media ad campaigns that target specific audiences and drive conversions.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them to improve performance.
- Manage social media budgets, allocate resources effectively, and report on ROI.
- Collaborate with other teams, including design, sales, and customer support, to ensure social media campaigns align with the company's overall strategy.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Experience creating and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement, increase followers, and generate leads.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and shareable social media content.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Nice to have skills and experience**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to use Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

**Education**
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
