Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to promote and sell our real estate properties. Your primary goal will be to achieve revenue targets, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to them to understand their real estate needs.
- Showcase and market properties to prospective buyers through various channels.
- Collaborate with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders to secure listings and ensure a diverse portfolio.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and property values.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from property selection to closing, providing exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring favorable terms for both buyers and sellers.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry to generate leads and referrals.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and market conditions affecting real estate transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, trends, and property values.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
