**Role & Responsibility Summary**

As a L&D Business Partner in L&OD, you will provide a wide range of behavioral, capability development, leadership & professional skills development and learning interventions to employees across business /regions. You will devise, design, develop and deliver impeccable and immersive learning programs that specifically address the needs of our stakeholders. Your day-to-day duties, tasks, and responsibilities shall include:
**L&D Management - Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Formulate a robust L&D strategy for Business, that comprises of need-based development programs and interventions, focusing on enhancement of capabilities.
- Design, develop and deliver end-to-end learning solutions to meet the business outcomes.
- Work with business leaders and managers to identify and classify capability needs and trends within the business and develop and deliver outcome-based learning solutions.
- Participate in or lead learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs and peers.
- Use learning measurement and analytics to assess program efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that all key learning metrics are measured, published, and leveraged for decision making.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and results.
- Create an evaluation strategy based on the needs of the stakeholders, leveraging qualitative and quantitative measures.
- Deliver and manage programs for stakeholders and at an org level.
- Improvisation through implementation the feedback received from different stakeholders and take necessary steps in the process.

**Qualifications: -**
- MBA desirable
- Overall, 10- 12 years of work experience in MNC, preferably in Consulting Firms
- 7 - 8 years of L&D/Talent Development Experience
