Job brief

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR activities within the hospital, including recruitment, employee

relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and administration of HR policies and procedures. This

role requires a strong understanding of healthcare industry practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to

handle sensitive and confidential information.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, and in-person interviews
- Address employee grievances, providing support and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
- Identify training needs and coordinate in-house or external training programs for staff
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records
- Review and update HR policies to reflect changes in legislation or hospital needs
- Prepare and flash Recruitment Dashboards and MIS on a timely basis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,941.82 - ₹45,183.10 per month
