We are looking for energetic and proactive individuals to join our **Business Development**and **Client Servicing**team. Whether you're starting your career with an internship or bringing 1-3 years of experience, this is your chance to be part of a fast-paced, creative environment in the events industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and generate new business leads and opportunities.
- Pitch event solutions to corporate clients, agencies, and brands.
- Prepare sales proposals and conduct client presentations.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
- Understand client briefs and requirements clearly.
- Coordinate with creative, production, and operations teams to execute projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage client communications and approvals efficiently.

**Required Skills & Attributes**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Confident personality with strong presentation skills.
- Organized, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Should be open to travel for projects.
- Team player with the ability to handle pressure and deadlines.
- Comfortable with **100% on-site work**(field visits, office meetings, events).
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
