**QUALIFICATION: -** BBA, MBA STIPEND : FOR 4 MONTHS 20 k PER month, after completion of internship will recruit 1 person on role.

A team of 500 High skilled, semi-skilled manpower and 350 staff members including qualified engineers is devoted to fulfil all customer requirements. We are having a Service set up in PAN India with a dedicated team of 150 Service Engineers. HYT has developed and established agencies for maintaining our machines on the global platform as well. We at HYT are constantly upgrading technology to provide economical solutions for challenging demands. We believe in providing turnkey solutions from design, manufacturing to after sales maintenance. **ROLES AND RESPOSIBILITY: -**

1.**Export Inquiry Management**: Collect export inquiries from various sources and channels.

Maintain a systematic record of all inquiries and follow up as necessary.

2.**Business Development**:Contribute to the development and execution of export business strategies. Identify opportunities for expanding the company's export market presence.

3.**International Tenders**: Assist in the preparation and submission of bids for international tenders. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of tender documents.

4. **Commercial Offers**: Prepare commercial offers in accordance with client requirements and company policies. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all commercial proposals.

5.**Export Transactions**: Manage future orders and oversee the entire process of export transactions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to handle commercials and documentation efficiently.

6. **Attention to Detail**: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail in all aspects of export operations. Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations in documentation and processes.

7. **Interpersonal Skills and Communication**: Communicate effectively with internal and external clients to understand their needs and requirements. Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

8. **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with order management systems is advantageous.

9. **Marketing Activities**: Support additional marketing activities related to export promotion and brand visibility. Assist in the creation of marketing materials and presentations.

10.**Exhibition Management**:Coordinate all activities related to exhibitions, trade shows, and events. Prepare presentations and promotional materials for exhibition purposes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A quick learner with a basic understanding of export processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to shoulder responsibilities and work independently.
- Prior experience or knowledge in export operations is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
