**Job description**

**Job Title : Export Documentation Specialist**

**Location - Bane, Pune**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage export documentation for outbound shipments (ocean, air, road) from India.
- Handle pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with logistics providers, transporters, and freight forwarders.
- Ensure compliance with RBI, Customs, DGFT, EIA, and other regulatory bodies.
- Manage the complete export cycle, from documentation preparation to post-shipment formalities.

**Key Result Areas**:

- Coordinate pre
- and post-shipment documentation.
- Ensure customs clearance and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain product knowledge and invoice reconciliation.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
- **Experience**: 6 months to 1 years of experience in export documentation, logistics, or supply chain management.
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of export regulations, customs clearance, and international shipping procedures. Proficient in using export documentation software and MS Office. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000 to 20,000 per month
