- Utilize existing consumer, shopper and customer tools to understand the shopper
- Leverage systems for shopper data processing, analysis and interpretation to create, or customize, programs that help clients drive traffic, loyalty, conversion and basket size
- Skilled at identifying trends and developments in BTL, as well as opportunities in brand spaces that could result in strategic opportunities for the organization
- Understanding of the ideation + insight mix
- ability to develop engaging customer facing brand experiences based on the same
