Job Description Job Title: Service Partner Location: ingri at museo Job Summary: The Service Partner is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. This role involves taking orders accurately, coordinating with the kitchen, serving food and beverages efficiently, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. The ideal candidate is attentive, courteous, and passionate about creating memorable dining experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables. - Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations when required. - Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly. - Communicate guest orders clearly to the kitchen. - Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring correct presentation and temperature. - Monitor tables to ensure timely service and attend to guest needs proactively. - Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care. - Clear and reset tables promptly for the next guests. - Assist in billing and processing payments accurately. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. - Follow all safety, hygiene, and grooming standards as per company policy. Skills & Qualifications: - 13 years of experience as a waiter/service associate in a restaurant or hospitality setting (preferred). - Freshers welcome - Basic knowledge of english (preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude. - Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. - Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards. - Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays. - Familiarity with POS systems and billing procedures (preferred).
