Job Description:

- Position Summary: Manage order fulfilment and delivery activities, acting as the main contact for logistics, transporters, and related issues. Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams and external customer for on-time delivery, inventory tracking, hardware revenue and customer satisfaction while following global processes.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Good practical hands-on MS Office tools such as MS excel, PowerPoint,
- 10-15 years of experience in logistics or ATM industry.
- Experience with Anaplan and ERP tools is a plus.
- Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate across teams and with transporters.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for order fulfilment, delivery, logistics, and transport coordination.
- Work with scheduling and other teams to manage delivery exceptions and ensure timely shipments and timely revenue.
- Monitor inventory, invoice eligibility, and revenue triggers.
- Support planning, forecasting, and reporting using Anaplan/LOS/ERP.
- Participate in operational reviews and suggest improvements.
- Resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with global processes and support continuous improvement efforts.
