Position Description:
This role owns all order management activities from order booked in ERP through installation complete and invoice trigger. The timely and complete delivery of components associated with a customer order begins with an executable order and ends with delivery at the customer’s site. The order management coordinator monitors all fulfillment activities and proactively manages exceptions and communications for any type of problem, including the aging and reconciliation of inventory issues that may occur due to order scheduling and installation coordination.

Major Responsibilities:
1. Acts as the single point of contact for all order fulfillment issues after order submission interfaces with the scheduling team to address supplier and delivery exceptions that may interfere with the one-time or complete delivery of all hardware and software products associated with a customer order.

2. Cooperate with customer delivery specialist updating the Schedule Arrival Date Promise Date to reflect the supplier committed ship date as necessary. Maintain accuracy of the Schedule Arrival Date on customer orders to ensure proper sourcing and customer delivery.

3. Processes and co-ordinates order changes or shifts in customer requirements such as cancellations, delivery address changes, quantity changes and date adjustment.

4. Communicates changes as necessary and monitors impact.

5. Maintain the rollout schedule and documents deviation, escalating as single point of contact for all installation related activities including logistics and order fulfillment issues.

6. Co-ordinates with WCS to schedule Customer Engineer activities and ensures that installation is complete to the customer’s satisfaction.

7. Maintain correct Review date in ANANPLAN and make sure system align with outlook.

8. Maintain On time in full metrics.

9. Monitors inventory levels and staging activity to assure material will be available to meet customer delivery requirements.

10.Active support of the region management team and Co-ordinates with year-end stock take.
