**Key Responsibilities**:

- Making outbound calls to customers, clients, and prospects to sell products and services or to collect feedback.
- Handling inbound calls from customers and resolving their queries or concerns.
- Providing information about the company's products, services, and policies to customers.
- Keeping accurate records of all calls made and received, and maintaining a database of customer information.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and achieving sales targets.
- Following up with customers on a regular basis to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborating with other team members, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to achieve common goals.
- Maintaining a professional and positive demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Staying up-to-date with the company's products, services, and industry trends.
