**Job description**

1. Proven work experience as a B2B Sales Telecaller or in a similar sales role.

2. Should have strong Lead Generation and Cold calling experience.

3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.

6. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.

7. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

9. Good organizational and time management skills.

10. Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections effectively.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
