**Job Title: Telecaller - Order Confirmation Specialist (Female)**

**Position: 3**

**Experience: 1 year**

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact customers via telephone to confirm their orders and verify details.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers regarding their orders.
- Ensure the accuracy of order information and address any discrepancies or concerns.
- Document customer interactions and update order status in the system.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases as needed
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call quotas while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve processes and customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service or telecalling role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, pleasant telephone manner. **Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.**:

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints tactfully.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for order management and customer communication.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Join our team and play a key role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
