We are searching for a FEMALE Telecaller Representative to be responsible for engagement with the customers over the phone. The responsibilities of a Telecaller Representative are:

- Handling Incoming calls & providing details for various services.
- Generating data for calling.
- Making Outbound calls for sales, lead generation & client support.
- Coordinating with the sales team about customer appointments.
- Call prospective clients & explain about the services.
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in other sales/customer service roles.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- SATELITE, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
