About Us:
Safebooks Global is a leading accounting outsourcing company based in Ahmedabad, serving clients across the United States. We are looking for a smart, confident, and fluent English speaker to join our team as a **Telecaller** for our U.S. operations.

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to U.S.based clients and prospects (no cold selling; mostly lead follow-up or warm calling).
- Handle inbound inquiries and route them to the relevant department.
- Set up appointments or follow-ups for the sales or accounting teams.
- Maintain call logs and update CRM or internal databases with accurate info.
- Follow call scripts and company communication guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and communication.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone on every call — you’re representing our brand.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in **English** (neutral or American accent preferred).
- 6 months - 2 years of experience in **international voice process** (US process preferred).
- Comfortable working night shifts (EST/PST time zone).
- Confident, polite, and good with follow-ups.
- Should be based in or near Ahmedabad

Good to Have:

- Experience working in BPOs or outsourcing companies.
- Familiarity with accounting or financial services (not mandatory, but a plus).
- Ability to handle rejection and stay positive (some calls won’t go your way — it's normal).
