**Job Description:

- **

**Efficient Asset Management**
- Constantly and thoroughly monitor the Operations database for updates and changes, highlighting and addressing signals/ documentation for action.
- Identify areas where efficiencies may be made and provide possible solutions to the Operations Manager.
- Monitor and report any errors or discrepancies in information to the Operations Manager.
- Support all operational aspects of provision, planning and management of maritime transits or projects as required.

**Travel Management**
- Monitor and report any problems of the travelling teams travel management to the Operations Manager

**General Administration**
- Compile detailed and accurate information to be sent to the Operations Managers, contractors and agents.
- Production, filing and tracking of documentation, maintenance of the main operations database.
- Any other ad-hoc administration duties as required

**Quality of Administration**
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of work across the team by supporting and participating in cross-checking of Operations information and documentation.

**Communication**
- Liaise with other departments and external agencies to ensure information free flow and exchange.
- Ensure any Contractor-related issues are escalated regarding performance and conduct.
- Provide accurate reporting and communication of information concerning the movement of PVI/PVI India’s security teams, weapons and equipment, the movement and timings of vessel transits, client specific requirements and any unique pay arrangements to the Financial Accounts team.

**Out of hours and additional coverage**
- To ensure a consistent service and continuous operational support 365 days 24/7; all operational team members are required to provide weekend coverage on a rotation basis.
- Be contactable/on call as per the agreed rotation schedule.
