Job Summary:
As a Telecalling Executive, your primary responsibility is to engage with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote, sell, or provide information about products or services. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
**Outbound Calls**: Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads, promote products or services, and secure sales.

**Customer Engagement**: Engage with existing customers to gather feedback, provide support, and upsell additional products or services.

Qualifications and Skills:
**Educational Background**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or communication is a plus.

**Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills in the language(s) relevant to the target audience.

**Sales Skills**: Basic understanding of sales techniques, persuasion, and negotiation.

**Customer Focus**: Customer-centric mindset with the ability to empathize and understand customer needs.

**Time Management**: Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**Resilience**: Ability to handle rejection and persist in making calls to achieve sales targets.

**Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.

**Salary**: From ₹150,000.00 per month
