Foundry Operations: In-depth knowledge and understanding of foundry operations, including sand casting, molding, melting, pouring, and core-making processes.

Supervision and Leadership: Ability to lead and supervise a team of foundry workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Quality Control: Proficiency in quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and adherence to quality standards to ensure the production of high-quality castings.

Casting Process Optimization: Expertise in optimizing casting processes, including gating and risering design, alloy selection, pouring techniques, and solidification analysis.

Material Handling: Knowledge of material handling practices, such as handling and storage of raw materials, additives, and alloys used in the foundry.

Equipment Maintenance: Ability to coordinate and perform maintenance tasks for foundry equipment, including furnaces, molding machines, sand mixers, and core shooters.

Documentation and Reporting: Accurate documentation of production activities, recording process parameters, quality metrics, and reporting on production output and performance.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues related to casting defects, process deviations, and equipment malfunctions.

Inventory Management: Proficiency in managing inventory levels of consumables, raw materials, and finished goods to maintain optimal stock levels.

15. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, engineers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, fostering collaboration and problem resolution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
