**Objective Summary**:
CRM should be responsible for managing customer database and work as first point of contact for customer.
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Managing customer data: You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and maintaining customer data. This includes information such as contact details, vehicle preferences, purchase history, and service records.
2. Developing and executing CRM strategies: You will need to develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
3. Monitoring customer interactions: You will be responsible for monitoring customer interactions across various channels such as phone, and direct interaction media to ensure timely and effective communication.
4. Providing customer support: You will need to provide prompt and efficient customer support to address customer queries, complaints, and concerns. This may involve coordinating with other departments such as sales and service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
5. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys: You will need to conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
6. Analyzing customer data: You will be responsible for analyzing customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions. This may involve creating reports and dashboards to present findings to the management team.
7. Keeping up-to-date with CRM trends and developments: You will need to keep up-to-date with the latest CRM trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the dealership stays ahead of the competition.
**General Duties and Responsibilities**:
8. Act in accordance with company’s policies; Practice a high degree of professional ethics.
9. Participate in departmental meeting and reviews.
10. Submit leave request to Head and HR
11. Follow SOPs set by the company

**Required Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree or relevant field

**Experience**
2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
2+ years’ experience. Prior experience in CRM, customer service, or a related field is preferred, along with knowledge of the automotive industry and related products.

- Competence: Need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Language Skills: Strong written and verbal skills in Malayalam & English.
