**Job Summary**:
The Maintenance Supervisor Technician (MST) is responsible for overseeing and performing maintenance activities at the Stellar 142 5. This role ensures that all facilities, equipment, and amenities are in optimal condition.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular inspections of the building’s facilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and infrastructure.
- Supervise and coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies and equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
- Proven Min 4 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in an office building or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
