We’re Hiring | Sales Development Representatives (SDR) — Global Markets | Noida OfficeAt Dignifyd, we’re expanding our global growth team and looking for passionate, driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help us scale across APAC, EMEA, and North American regions.If you’re energetic, analytical, and love building relationships — this is your chance to be part of a fast-growing international sales environment.Open RolesLocation: Noida, India (On-site / Hybrid)HR Contact: Vidushi — We have 9 openings in total — 3 each for APAC, EMEA, and North American (MST) regions.Each role follows a 9-hour shift (8 active working hours + 1-hour break).- APAC Region: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST- EMEA Region: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST- North American Region (MST): 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM ISTAbout DignifydDignifyd is a global consulting and technology company operating across Tech Development, Digital Marketing, and Talent Solutions.With offices in India, UAE, UK, and the US, we empower global organizations to scale through strategy, innovation, and execution.Role OverviewAs an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for our potential clients — driving lead generation, qualification, and top-of-funnel growth for our Tech, Digital, and Talent divisions.You’ll work closely with our Business Development Executives and Sales Heads to fuel the company’s international expansion.Key Responsibilities- Research, identify, and qualify potential clients in assigned regions.- Conduct outbound outreach via emails, Linked In, and cold calls.- Engage with prospects to understand business challenges and opportunities.- Schedule meetings or demos for the Business Development Team.- Maintain accurate and updated data within CRM (Hub Spot / Zoho / Salesforce).- Achieve monthly KPIs for qualified meetings and lead conversions.Required SkillsMust-Have:- Excellent spoken & written English (neutral accent).- Strong research and prospecting ability.- Familiarity with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Zoho, Salesforce).- Understanding of outbound sales processes.- Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to regional time zones.Preferred:- Experience with tools like Apollo, Lusha, Zoom Info, or Linked In Sales Navigator.- Prior experience in international B2 B lead generation.- Knowledge of Saa S, IT, Digital Marketing, or Talent Solutions sectors.Ideal Candidate- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).- 0–2 years of experience in international sales or business development.- Strong communication skills and willingness to work regional shifts.CompensationCompetitive salary structure with attractive performance-based incentives.(Earnings potential: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹7.5 LPA based on region and experience.)How to ApplySend your CV to Subject: “Application – SDR – (Region Name)”All applications will be reviewed by Vidushi (HR – Dignifyd Noida Office).✨ Join UsAt Dignifyd, we don’t just sell services — we build partnerships.Come be part of a team where your ideas matter, your growth is accelerated, and your work connects with clients across the globe.#Dignifyd #Sales Jobs #SDR #Business Development #Hiring Now #Noida Jobs #Global Sales #Career Growth
