Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Application Packaging Engineer for Bengaluru. The Application Packaging Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing packaging solutions, conducting research and development, and managing projects. The engineer will work closely with mechanical engineers to ensure the efficient functionality of packaging systems.

Detailed JD

  • 3+ Years of Experience in Application Packaging using Flexera AdminStudio
  • Create, customize, and validate application installer packages using Flexera AdminStudio (MSI, MST, App-V, MSIX formats), AppDeploymentToolKit(ADTK) packaging
  • Experience in Validation, Packaging, QA, UAT testing in Windows 10/11 OS Environment
  • Repackage legacy applications or vendor setups into enterprise-ready formats
  • Analyze and troubleshoot software installation failures or post-deployment issues
  • Basic knowledge on SCCM Software distribution, JAMF MacOS packaging
  • Strong understanding of MSI, MST, MSIX, and EXE packaging formats
