**Job Summary**

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with educational institutions, and promoting our educational products/services. The role involves strategic planning, market research, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales and growth objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Research market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities in the education industry.
- Identify and target key customer segments, such as schools, colleges, universities, and training institutes.
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in educational institutions.
- Present and promote the organization’s products and services to prospective clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, or webinars for educators and administrators.
- **Sales & Revenue Generation**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing with clients.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
- **Collaboration & Strategy**:

- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns tailored to the education sector.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to guide product development.
- **Event Participation**:

- Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and conferences.
- Organize and participate in on-campus events to increase brand visibility.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
