Oracle DBA with OEM,GoldenGate,RAC,Perfomance Tuning - Pune

About the team

What you will be doing:

- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle database software on multiple platforms.
- Monitor and optimize database performance, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Perform database backup and recovery operations, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Develop and maintain database security policies and procedures to ensure data privacy and compliance with regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, working collaboratively with other IT teams as needed.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize data loss and downtime.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

**What you bring**:

- At least 9 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and security.
- Experience with Oracle RAC, ASM, and Data Guard.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming.
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager and other database management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Oracle certification is a plus.
