**Job Description: Legal Associate (3-5 Years of Experience)**

**Position**: Legal Associate
**Location**: New Delhi
**Department**: Legal
**Reports to**: Senior Associate/Senior Managing Partner

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Research & Analysis**: Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and legal opinions. Analyze complex legal issues and provide insightful recommendations to senior attorneys and clients.
- **Drafting & Documentation**: Draft legal documents including contracts, agreements, pleadings, memoranda, and other necessary correspondence for litigation and transactional matters.
- **Client Interaction**: Maintain and foster client relationships by providing timely and accurate legal advice. Communicate effectively with clients regarding legal matters, updates, and strategies.
- **Litigation Support**: Assist in preparing for court hearings, trials, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution processes. Help in the preparation of evidence, legal briefs, and filing necessary documents with relevant authorities.
- **Negotiations**: Support senior attorneys in negotiations with opposing counsel or clients. Provide assistance in the preparation of settlement agreements and other resolution documents.
- **Case Management**: Assist in managing cases from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and case files are properly organized. Monitor progress and status of ongoing cases.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Matters**: Provide legal advice on regulatory compliance issues and assist in the development of compliance programs for clients.

**Required Qualifications**:

- LLB or equivalent legal qualification.
- Admission to the Bar Council of India & State Bar
- 3-5 years of experience in legal practice, preferably with experience corporate law, litigation, real estate law, etc.
- Strong understanding of legal principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in handling litigation, legal research, and document drafting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to travel all over India

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in working with high-net-worth clients or corporate entities.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proven track record of successful case outcomes or notable transactions.
