**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of e-commerce processes including order fulfillment, inventory management, customer service, and logistics.
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies to reduce costs and enhance performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, logistics) to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- **Project Management**:

- Plan, execute, and oversee various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure project deliverables are on schedule and aligned with company goals.
- Track progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- **Sales Operations**:

- Support sales teams in driving e-commerce sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to analyze performance metrics, trends, and sales data.
- Assist in managing sales orders, customer inquiries, and post-sales support to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for operational improvement.
- Prepare reports on operational activities, project statuses, and sales performance for senior management.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on feedback analysis.
- **Supplier and Vendor Management**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Negotiate with vendors to ensure the best deals for the business.
- **Team Collaboration & Leadership**:

- Work closely with internal teams such as IT, marketing, logistics, and customer support to align operational strategies.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members to ensure efficient operations

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
