**Job Title**: Education Counselor

**Location**: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in selling educational courses

**Salary**: 20,000 - 25,000 INR

**Immediate Joiner Preferred**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct consultations with prospective students to understand their educational goals and recommend suitable courses.

2. Drive sales of educational courses through effective communication and persuasion techniques.

3. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing students to foster repeat business.

4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

5. Provide accurate information about course offerings, admission requirements, fees, and payment options.

7. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

8. Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to develop promotional campaigns and generate leads.

9. Maintain proper records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.

10. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.

3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.

6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

8. Flexible to work evenings and weekends as per business requirements.

9. Familiarity with local education market trends and competitor analysis.

10. Immediate availability for joining preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
