**Meta Ads Expert**:
As a Meta Ads Expert, you will be responsible for creating and implementing advertising strategies across multiple platforms. This includes developing and optimizing ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with creative teams to produce engaging ad content.

- Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns for clients.
- Analyze and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
- Develop ad targeting strategies based on client goals and target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with Meta Ads policies and changes and implement them in campaigns.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure ad creative and messaging align with the overall marketing strategy.
- Track and report on ad performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on ad performance and strategy.
- Stay current with industry trends, new ad features, and emerging platforms to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.

**Skills Required**:

- 1-3 Years of Meta Ads Experience
- Comfortable with Ads Reporting & Analytics
- Ability to Create & Manage Campaigns
- Experience with A/B Testing & Optimization is a plus
- Knowledge of Targeting & Custom Audiences
- Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills
- Meta Ads certification is required.
