**Job Title**: Meta Ads Expert (Facebook & Instagram Ads Specialist)

**Location**: Noida, India (Onsite/Hybrid/Remote as per company policy)
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Experience Required**: 2-5 years in Meta Ads Management

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Audience Network).
- Conduct detailed audience research and segmentation for precise targeting.
- Create and test multiple ad creatives, copy, and formats to optimize performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to align ad visuals and messaging.
- Stay updated on Meta’s advertising policies, trends, and best practices.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management or clients.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing Meta Ads with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of **Facebook Ads Manager, Business Suite, Pixel setup, and Conversion API.**:

- Proficiency in **campaign optimization, audience retargeting, and conversion tracking.**:

- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other performance tracking tools.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage ad budgets efficiently and deliver high ROI.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
