**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
- Identify and generate leads for potential buyers and investors through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients interested in real estate investments.
- Attend property exhibitions, open houses, and other networking events to generate leads.
- **Property Presentations and Negotiations**:
- Conduct property tours and present ERM Global Investors’ property listings to clients based on their needs and preferences.
- Advise clients on the best property investments according to their budget and investment goals.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and conditions with clients to close deals effectively.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to secure deals.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional post-sale service, including guiding clients through the paperwork, legalities, and other processes involved in property transactions.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure they are informed of new property listings and updates.
- **Sales Targets and Reporting**:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth and profitability.
- Track sales activities, client interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team on performance and market trends.
- **Market Knowledge**:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate trends, property prices, and market conditions.
- Continuously gather knowledge about new developments and properties available in the market to offer clients a wide range of options.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of **6months-1 year** of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in real estate.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- **Personal Attributes**:
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and a passion for real estate.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
