## Job Title: Restaurant/Pub Captain

# Job Summary:
# Key Responsibilities:
1. *Leadership*: Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff to provide excellent customer service.

3. *Operations*: Manage table assignments, seating, and service delivery.

4. *Inventory Management*: Monitor inventory levels and minimize waste.

5. *Sales Growth*: Promote menu items, drinks, and events to drive sales.

6. *Staff Development*: Train and develop staff to improve performance and knowledge.

7. *Communication*: Collaborate with kitchen staff, management, and other departments.

# Requirements:
1. *Experience*: Proven experience as a restaurant/pub captain or similar role.

2. *Leadership skills*: Strong leadership and team management skills.

3. *Communication skills*: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. *Customer service skills*: Ability to provide exceptional customer service.

5. *Knowledge*: Familiarity with menu, drinks, and wine list.
